Perhaps Google is not providing the correct responses to whatever API/method is being used for sorting the files. It is not sorted the way I want from the output, so Im manually hunting for where a line. In the Sort dialog box, make sure that the Sort by option is set to Line and the Order option is set to Ascending (A to Z). Then, go to the Edit menu and click on the Sort item.
All variables in OGNL are global to the entire expression. To sort alphabetically in Notepad++, first select the text you want to sort. If I copy the folder to a local or standard windows network drive, sorting does work now. OGNL has a simple variable scheme, which lets you store intermediate results and use them again, or just name things to make an expression easier to understand.
